I can't stand women in male dominated sports lilke basketball, soccer, etc. They want to go in male locker rooms and male organizations away from them if they don't admit women. We women have always had our place and organizations so why do women want to be men? I can't stand to see a little girl in a soccer outfit. Little girls should be feminine and dress lady like, not in some ugly sports outfit. Why don't women stay in their place? Oh and don't tell me how bad women used to have it as there are plenty of women out there today that have it hard even if they arent' married.

Women can look and act like ladies and still be active in many ways. These are just signs of our adulterous rebellious generation to see women looking and acting like men and vice-versa. Nobody seems to be satisfied to be in the role God has placed them in which would bring true happiness. Maybe if women would go back to being feminine, little boys might know the difference between masculine and feminine today instead of all this confusion. I can't hardly tell by looking anymore what sex a person is. I feel sorry for all the straight guys looking for ladies because it could end up like "where's the dress?". Do you think that if so many women in our society look and act like men that it doesn't seem that big of a deal for men to like men?? When you figure it all out, let me know!

What is wrong with a girl playing soccer? If they play fine and don't think they're men, what is the problem? You are self-hating and need therapy. Not even most rational men will agree with you. They aren' trying to get into mens' lockers! In my school, girls and boys played hockey. It was fun and girls were sometimes better players than the guys. It didn't make me masculine or scarred me, it was a sport.

How come woman aren't allowed to be physically fit? Females should have the right to play any dignified sports if they want to. Why should men have all the fun? I think some men feel that women like you are a bore. Men love women that are able to accept challenges in life not be a Miss Prissy doll all day.

Women keep men sharp. A man can beat a woman at sports and it's so what. But a woman beat a man, now the roof just fell in. There have always been women who could out do men, but just because they do doesn't mean they aren't lady like. Some of the best have been perfect ladies in every sense of the word.

i think that he you like to be feminine and well dressed than you should and when you fell like driving a bus or building a shack or doing some sport you should be allowed whatever is your gender or your age. everybody should be allowed to do what best fit his or her character and feeling.
Life is hard for many unmarried women but that doesn't mean it would be better for them if they were unhappily married.

My daughter likes to play many different sports with her friend and i encourage her. I'm also very proud of her when she comb her hair and wear a nice dress. Just like i encourage my son when he wants to cook as well as when he has a science project.

Little girls as well as little boys should try many ranges of activity so they can finf which one fits best for them and where they belong in our society not being told " you're a girl, you can't do that"

I seriously did not know that basket ball and soccer were male dominated. What about those professional teams? I truly doubt any woman wants to be a man unless she has some serious issues. Dress like "ladies? Stay in their place? Are you like 80 years old, or are you just stuck in the 1920s? You sound old fashioned!

I am not bashing you personally. I believe you have the right to your opinion.
BUT I don't have to agree with it. Because I don't agree with your opinion.
I do like seeing my 4 year old granddaughter in cutest kid contests. She is so cute all dolled up.
However I also like seeing her in her in her soccer outfit. I like that she likes to be physically fit.
She also cheerleads for her older brother's footballs games.
SO I have the best of both worlds were she is concerned.
I will support her in what ever career she chooses to follow. From an at home housewife to a lifer in the military.

Women who have the discipline and commitment to become athletes are wonderful. Young girls learn teamwork, build self-esteem, learn to think strategically and have excellent cardiac health when they participate in sports. In the good old days when women sat around in ruffles and were "lady-like," They had a significantly reduced life expectancy rate; far more problems with reproduction, including higher infant and mortality rate, and aged much faster. These days I take great pleasure seeing my mom who is in her 70s, who has worked out all her life going to the gym in her sports clothing. And because she takes care of her health, she looks stunning in her dress clothes....Bottom line, I completely disagree with you. And believe me, my mom has always been a knock-out. And I aspire to be as wonderful as she is.

On the real side you do have a point...men are not nuns, and women are not priests...but don't forget that this might change by definition according to culture.

i can see your point.
but in the world today women have just as much right to do anything they want as men do.
not all little girls are amused with dolls and tea sets, you can be feminine and still play sports.
if you had a daughter and all she cared about, all she ever wanted to do was play hockey would you say no because you are a girl?
