I want to where this medieval/gothic kind of top to a group where i know the people, would it look weird? Especially to guys!

If you're going to an event that you want to make a good visual impression on others - first off, be yourself, wear what makes you feel good.
Secondly, be sure to take a look at yourself in the mirror with a bit of a critical eye - some designs are just more flattering on you than others. We've all got 'em, it's sometimes hard to stick to what we know works!
A situation where you know all the people already doesn't really call for that 'first impression' ensemble. In fact, an outing with a group of friends is the best place to try on a new look.
But, if it's an important event, then you've got to wear what feels right. The most beautiful, expensive, and classy clothing won't do anything for a person who doesn't feel good wearing the stuff.
One final thing to think about is how appropriate the clothing is to the event. Can't tell you how many times I've seen a gorgeous girl wearing the perfect mini, delicate embroidered blouse, and 4" heels - at a motocross race. Great clothes, wrong location, made her look just trashy and ignorant.
Bottom line, have fun. It's just a shirt. Wear it if it makes you feel good!

Fran baby, the only thing I think guys would find off-putting (and I mean this kindly, in a helpful way) is your insecurity and deep concern over what other people think of you. Sexy to guys are women who do what they want and don't give a damn what anybody's opinion is. Stand up girl, wear your floaty sleeves and DARE anybody with your eyes to say a single word about it!!

No! It would be really cute. Guy wise- guys like any girl that has confidence and stands out from the boring people.

Wear it only if you have nothing else . Those sleeves are out of fashion
