My wife and I have several leather and Suede vests and coats. We stored them for the summer, so they smell musty. But they are clean. How can we get the smell out with out paying $35.00 and up a piece to get them professionally cleaned?

Place scented dryer sheet in each pocket. Good luck.
For musty smell in the closet--w w w, calibex. com--I tried the natural granules--o.k.

I just got a cat smell out of Hubby's Leather Coat.I used Vinegar and Water 4C of Hot Water & 2Tbsp of Vinegar I put it in a spray bottle & really sprayed it good it was soak and wet believe it or not and I really sprayed it so it was dripping wet and I hung it out on our enclosed porch for 1 week & the odor was gone and no it didn't smell like vinegar either lol.Good Luck

Hang them outside for a day or two....Not in the sunshine though..
