If you want to read a lot of Japanese web pages, then rikaichan is good. You install it, then when you open a Japanese webpage and hover your arrow over a word, it gives you the definition. Plus it is good for learning kanji. There are other languages available too, but I have only tried the Japanese one. Just remember, after you install it, you have to right click and check "Toggle Rikaichan."
