Setting the coffeemaker timer to go off in half hour, bundling up and going outside for a scenic walk...then coming back a half an hour later knowing that a warm blanket and a nice hot drink are waiting for me. Coming in from the cold makes you appreciate little things like that a lot more.

Take a walk with my dog, playing fetch. I love the way the cold air feels in your lungs. Especially if it is snowing...my dog is so short that she gets lost in the snow...it's a good thing she has black fur!
