you see weve been in a relationship for 4 weeks now and we havent kissed at all do u think its the right time now or not ?

Dont put a relationship on a time line...that will only confuse things. Take your time and when you are ready you both will kiss. Its good to take it slow, see if you really do care for each other and if you are compatible. Only time will tell..but just dont do something youre not comfortable doing.

I would approach the guy and ask why. There are some people I've seen that, like sex, want to wait till marriage. That's a really small percentage tho. If that is not the reason, don't push it. It will happen when the time is right.

Without knowing your age, or their age, or any more info than you gave, it is impossible to give a reasonable answer on this subject.
At the age of 38, I dated a woman for 4 months and never kissed her. She didn't ever send me the welcome vibe. The next girl I dated, I took her to lunch for our first date and out dancing for our second, where I sang to her and we shared our first kiss together.
Too bad it was a dive. That memory could have lasted just fine without the flies. 15 months later, we're still together!

Well, if you wish to, do it, actually you have to feel it. And personally relationships are based on everything, not only kisses and sex, also fun and good conversations. If you both feel the same, go ahead!
