I would have to say that it depends on if the guy can pull off the look or not. I know some really hot guys that sag real low and they look hot. I also know guys who dress normal and look sexy. I cant judge someone by how they dress and say they look tacky or stupid. Its all about feeling comfortable and happy with themselves.

I dont necessarily think it is cooler. If it looks like your pants are going to fall down uh... Yeah that is a problem. That is the only thing I really care about if a guy is sagging.

I have never in my life thought that droopy drawers look was in the least bit attractive. And the older the guy with the saggy pants, the worse it is!! I've seen a 40+ guy with a bright orange, saggy pants suit on and matching sideways ball cap.
Truly sad in a Peter-Pan-Hood-Rat kind of way.

I can't stand that look! Nevermind that it makes you look like everyother person but it's just tacky. Develop your own style that works for you. Put diversity in your clothing and how you wear it.
