You're possibly dehydrated. Try having a big glass of water before you go to bed, and keep another besdie the bed. Drink it before you get up in the morning and see if it helps.

drinking water while drinking is the cause of your hangover. Ive been drinking for years and what you want to try and do is stick with the same % through the night, which means don't let that mixed drink melt down the ice, don't switch drinks while drinking. But of course always be responsible, Oh and get a breathalyzer from e-bay, Other than that you should not be drinking if your only 17

It could be stomach acid... I know when I'm having an issue in the morning, something i shouldntve ate, or an alcoholic beverage (or three) the night before... i just feel crappy the day after, like i want to hurl for a few hours.
do you get heartburn at all, how do you sleep?
i would mention it the next time you are at your doctor, if you are having the issue on a regular basis, make an appt and go.

Turn the heating down and open a window. Sleeping in a stuffy room means you are not getting enough oxygen.
Drink a large glass of water as soon as you awake. Your body will have dehydrated somewhat overnight.
Avoid alcohol before bedtime.
Do this for a week and see what happens. If there is no improvement, then I would definitely see your doctor.

You need a glass of water.
A hangover occurs when the body becomes dehydrated. Alcohol consumption speeds this along.
The exact process to describe will take up more room than I'm allotted, so Google the term, 'Krebs Cycle'.

Yes, this is not normal. When was the last time you had a complete physical? I suggest you contact your doctors office and tell them what is happening.

Maybe you are a deep sleeper and have a hard time waking up. Do you feel like you might have acid reflux..that can make you feel more nauseous.

The same thing happens to me....it seems to worsen when I am eating a lot of unhealthy foods instead of my usual fruits, salads, and veggies.
