I have never had them very often, although I'm 62 and I still get them occasionally, despite having regular sexual intercourse. The last one was while we were on holiday and having sex twice daily, so it seems that it happens anyway, regardless of other forms of release!

Take some time, masturbate, and see what you really think of, without the wet dreams. You could be bisexual, but I hear that has a leaning toward the opposite sex.

If he masturbates then he will not have them or if he has sex often. Also after puberty they will stop.
