Did not a lender help you with a bad loan that got you in to foreclosure?

Where are you located? If it is California, I can help. (ronaldj73@hotmail.com) If not, you may need to find a private lender. Many mortgage brokers have access them, or you can try an investor who will buy the home on short notice.

Hard money lending, if you owe less than 65-70% of the value! You'll have to see a mortgage broker for that! How far in the proceedings are you in? High interest rate, but they wont pull your credit report!
