take charge. try taking a shower together, if u have kids get a babysitter and then plan a sex night with u doing all the work. use oral to get him going and then have him lay on his back and u mount him. to often we men get tired of doing all the sex work and just want our women to let us lay back and enjoy, unfortunately most women are to lazy to do this. if u want him to go down on u have him lay back and u sit on his face. GET THE PICTURE. for once let him enjoy sex instead of working his butt off for it

If romance = sex, wake him early in the morning, never heard of a man too tired for sex.

Maybe if he's in a high stress job the stress might be killing his desire for sex. I suggest that you both take some time and go on a vacation so he can relax for a while. That might help.
