he wants to leave his wife becuz they are having major problems. what should he do. and i do. he's not happy with her.

The questions you should ask yourself...How happy would he be with you? If he still loved you, why did he marry someone else? What caused you two to break up in the first place? Could you live with him knowing he left a marriage for you? If you married him, wouldnt you worry hed leave you too?
I guess if you can answer those question honestly to yourself, then you will have your answer on what you should do.

stay out of it if you do not want to be a homewreaker. He should solve his marital problems with his wife first. At the moment i think he will have strong feelings for everyone and anyone except his wife. Let them sort out their problems and if he does leave his wife, then at least you know you are not the cause of it.

I can believe that he still has strong feelings for you. I have heard of this happening before from ladies and men.
I would not jump up and give an answer because you and him know why you two split up, and it is no one else's business.
I would think on it real hard, because you did not mention that you wanted him back,

Drop death and go. if u really really what him back, WAIT UNTIL HE GET DIVORCED FIRST, dont make his situation into more trouble. if i were tt woman, i will be furious and think tt you are the one who mess up my family and still clinging with my husband behind me
so u better dont get involved until his status is clear. if he intend to divorce her, he will and if u already involved with him without the divortion... how long will u wait until he is 'clear'? and hanging behind her? i dont 1 if i were you altbhough i really love him
may i ask something to you? y he leave u since he still like you? for me, my ex is not longer my friend. unless if i dump him, if he dump me and commit still have feeling on me then y he leave me from the 1st place? because his wife is not better than me? y he just realized tt after his marriage?

I don't think you are the type of person than someone can take and leave everytime they want.
I clearly see he is the one that has the problems... love yourself and respect yourself and let him figure out his own thing with the new one. You should be pleased thay 'this problem' is not yours anymore.
