im not bothered by the bigots and hatred. ive grown thick skin. the words dont affect me like they used to. how do you take it?

I have grown a thick skin and could care less about what names or insults are thrown my way, but I remember when I didn't have such a thick skin and felt the hurt and hate from those comments. Anyone who does anything to hurt or harm anyone else I will fight against not for myself, but to help others to overcome the hatred and bigotry and help them grow a thick skin as well.

Yawn and shake my head. I learned that if a family can ignore their daughter dying of cancer and then claim the remains so they can bury them under a stone with "UNKNOWN TO GOD", then nothing much can be done. I first found what they had done,when I was at the grave. Taunted by one of the relatives I wanted so badly to kill her that I still do not know what stopped me. Eventually I asked for help and with the love of my brother and his family plus professional help I recovered. Forgiveness was part of the process.
Now I try to ignore the bigots .

May sound strange but I kinda like to fight. Most of the fights were fighting for someone who wouldn't or couldn't defend themselves, Any how id like to kick the ever loving **** out of em They think I should be embarrassed for bein a fag ....**** wait till they've had there *** kicked by one. Oh and before a fight I like to let em know that this is what I consider foreplay...... You know I wish I had the patience of Hawk or the wisdom and the heart Puffy demonstrates woo woo Puffy but I think a few good oldfashioned beat downs would realy speak volumes.....

Am very much bothered , but since I can't change people. I simply hate them silently and hope God punishes them severely both in this life and in the next. I am only partially numb to the insults - the sting is always there.

Doesn't bother me in the slightest. They're just a bunch of names on the computer, that have no impact on the reality of my life. They're full of ignorance, and unfortunately they're probably not going to change.
Best way to handle them: Report them, and do NOT respond to their posts! The reason they do what they do is for the negative attention- they thrive on getting under your skin. Don't let them! By responding you just keep giving them what they want.
