Well, no one in a faraway galaxy flipped a switch and said, "let those f**kers drown!" Rain happens naturally. so do floods unless you're talking about a flood in your basement or something. Then, it's just poor drain maintenance and therefore, not a natural disaster...it's just a disaster.

yes they are if it's like a river lake, dam, etc. flooding
if your washing machine breaks and floods your laundry room it doesn't count as a natural disaster
(although it may seem like one at the time) lol

Yes, I would say floods are natural diasters. Its the overflow of nearby rivers, streams, local damn or nearest water way that when it rains too much it overflows the reseviour damn then hello, it floods everything.

It depends.
If it caused by rain, melting snow... etc. It is natural disasters.
If it is caused by war or other reasons (that's what they do to boom other's dam), then it is not natural disasters
