First of all without drugs like Thorazene that renders us into coma, I suggest in 2006 we aren't at the point of destroying or UNBreeding emotion.
GROW,,, is totally an oxymoronic word to use, as it equates to HUMANS devoid of emotion.
How do you define Growth??? How do you assume that emotion Retards growth???

emotion is what separates humanity from machines. we have complex emotions and thoughts. Machines use cold logic.
Being sad or afraid of dying is a human condition. Sadness is a side effect of happiness. Life is a series of really bad things, punctuated by moments of joy.
People shouldn't be afraid to die. Death is a part of life. Death is the absolute end. Or is it? Only dead people know for sure, and they don't tell us anything. Religion can bring comfort to those who fear death. But why do they fear death? The fear of death is as foolish as a child's fear of the dark - you can't see into it, and don't know what's there, but there's nothing to fear. Why? Because the child's dark is finite and can be illuminated. Death is absolute and unavoidable. Why fear what you can't evade? Embrace it when the time comes.

Then we would be robots and we would never understand things like compassion, love, happiness, joy - what a pathetic life that would be. Most of the time, men say things like this because they notice that women are so emotional and our hormones! Well, that's why we're the ones who go through labor and not you - if it were men giving birth - we wouldn't have people on this planet - you couldn't handle the emotions of it all.

No. We should do the opposite. Put as much emotion in it as possible and end the sinful atheistic materialistic Industrial Revolution once and for all, and never change anything once we have the ideal model,. such as Classical Greek Architecture.

What? Are you on crack? Taking the emotion out of people would only make us compassionless robots.
Isn't there too little compassion already?
