How big was it? When did it live and what did it eat? I'm just curous.

the largest EVER depends on us finding the fossils of the largest.

Wikipedia claims the crocodile-like Prionosuchus, reached a length of 9 m (30 ft). but I do not have on-line access to the original published description,and find none on-line.

The largest amphibian in the world is the Chinese Giant Salamander Andrias davidianus purported to be up to 180 cm from the nose to the tip of the tial. An animal that was 115 cm long weighed 25 lbs! Its four limbs are short and its tail accounts for more than half of its measure. It has a smooth and thick skin.

The Chinise Giant Salamander can be found in the north, central, south and southwest China. Its habitats are those of mountain streams at elevations below 3281 feet (1000m) with plentiful vegetation and shallow water surrounded with caves and pools.
