Maybe you should get some professional help. Happiness comes from within, so you have to start with your attitude. If your situation is bad, change it. If it's a mental thing, please get help. Wanting to die is not a good thing to wish for.

Hey man, I can relate, I got better though.. don't listen to them.. their optimistic views of life will not help you.. What will help you is realizing that you don't want to end your life, because after all there is no heaven.. when you die, you get put into a pine box and buried in the earth... what you do want is for your life to be different than it is right now.. and just have faith in yourself, screw everyone else, take some time for yourself, even if its just sitting all alone for 30 minutes every now and then just to reflect on what you have going on. It takes work to change habits, and your financial or relationship situation, but in the end, the work is worth the effort.. it will all turn around for you if you want it bad enough.. might not be today, might not be this year, but it will happen. You might try sitting down and assesing the things in your life that you don't like, and what a more positive result for that situation would be (i.e. what you want your life to be like) And you could even go back on here and repost other questions stating your individual situations or problems, and see what suggestions people have of ways to make things go the way you want.. good luck man.. you'll need it in this crazy world.. One.

Life is a Series of Ups and Downs! Mine was going really well, then Boom, Almost out of Nowhere, I get Ambushed Again! If you feel like it is Depression, See a Doctor! If it is just Life Stuff Again, Stay in This Moment as much as possible. Try not to think Ahead or In the Past and go help someone else to get out of your own head. Then before you know, the problems will all be worked out and You will be Back on Top Again! Good Luck To You!

you change your way of thinking around...so that you end up saying something more like...I want to live.
You need to be thinking positively because that will help your state of mind.
Secondly, think up the reasons why your life is so horrible...Then...work out ways on how you can change them, or fix them, or erase them, And if you can do none of those, then work out ways to deal with it.
Then, think about all the people in the world, who would love to have some of the things you do...that puts things into perspective.
Are you healthy? Can you walk, talk, see and hear? Little things like that that some people just dont have. Remember, there is always someone worse off, and people would give their right arm to live longer than they can. You are lucky, you just don't realise it - a lot of us don't when we're going through a rough time.
Goodluck, I hope you feel better soon :)

Let it go. Live for the moment. What can you do to make yourself happy this very minute? Go do that. Live one moment at a time. Don't worry about the past or the future because there isn't anything you can do. All you have to work with is this moment. Make the best of every moment one moment at a time. The way to get out of any hole is to climb one step at a time. Bless you, I hope you find the peace you are looking for. There is no problem that is soo bad that death is a better alternative. call this number right now 1-800-273-8255.

It's always so sad to hear someone say they want to die. Your major problem is "negativity" and lack of "faith". Only you can turn your thinking around but you have to want to do that. Think positive and learn to be thankful for the little things in life and then realize how much more you have to be thankful for. Find your faith - fear is lack of faith. Find the right kind of help to change your life and choose to be uplifted everyday you wake up. You
have to face whether you are the cause of your problems and, if so, you can change things if you sincerely want to. If it is someone or a group that is causing your problems then make a clean break and get on with your life surrounding yourself with positive people. It's difficult to answer your question when one doesn't know the "whole story". I have always told my grandchildren they can make their lives as pleasant or as unpleasant as they want it to be -- it's a daily choice. Life will always have it's difficulties; how you deal with them will build your character. Good luck and stay POSITIVE!

There is never anything so bad that it can't get better. Remember that there are others who are just like you and feel the way that you do. you are not alone. If you really are feeling suicidal you need to call a helpline or find a treatment center ASAP. Sometimes the holidays can get us down but remember to take it one day at a time.
Try to focus on positive aspects of your life. It is so easy to zero in on any negativity and them people often dwell on that negativity. I can almost guarantee that there is more positive. I wish you well.

My life sucked when I was young, my parents split up and I was a lonely child with no real friends, I wanted to die. I never thought it would get better, but it did, and I promise it will for you. Enjoy this time in your life the best you can, it can only get better right.

i don't know where you live or what's available to you but i would get some professional help as soon as possible. be careful how you go about it. if you go to an emergency room they can commit to you a mental institution against your will for up to 72 hours and this will follow you professionally. if you have a local crisis help line call them. if you have a personal physician call them asap and try to get on some medications ..... you may be depressed and althought they won't help straight away they will in time and in the meantime there are things you can take to help with the anxiety you feel. again....be careful how you word things to your doctor unless you have a good relationship. however, if you do feel serious about killing yourself and have a plan.....call someone you trust to be with you. life does suck at times.....we all have our moments but it can be good too. this is a rough time of year with the holdiays being shoved at as so soon and a very tough time for so many people. please get some professional help......you can't do this alone and it's nothing to be ashamed of.....over half the country takes something to get them through the day and seeks some form of therapy.....we live in scary times. good luck to you!!

YOU WILL GET UP DUST YOURSELF OFF & TRY AGAIN.
Life isn't an easy task. We all have the good times(though sometimes they seem too infrequent) and then we all have the times that knock us flat on our ***. I know I have been down there many many times through the course of my life. I even tried to take my own life a long time ago but then I asked myself WHY?? There was absolutly nothing in my life that I could not make better or get rid of. I was MY CHOICE as it is YOUR CHOICE. We were not made to give up. We were made to learn from our mistakes & get up and try again. Nothing is ever as bad as our mind makes it out to be.
