Different for everyone, boys and girls. Some start to show the outward signs early on and some don't start until much later. Don't worry about it until you are like 18 or so. Puberty actually begins around 8 years old when the body begins producing the sex hormones. Some kids just have a very active hormone factory. When your level reaches a certain point things will start to show.

There is no need to be embarressed. There are plenty of women out there that do not start to develop until 16 or 17. If you feel like you want more umph when it comes to the bra area go to Victorias secret. They have gel inserts you can place in your bra that will make you chest look full. Dont worry with time will come womanhood.

Don't feel embarrassed. As many others have said, everyone develops at their own pace. Certain parts of your body will develop at different times. I have a friend who didn't even start her period until she was 16. I've heard of girls who have started developing as young as 8 years old, already having their periods and needing bras. Try to relax and don't worry too much about it. You'll develop at your own pace.

It's different for everyone. I grew breasts by the age of 13, but my mother didn't develop much breast tissue until after she had two children.
If you've started menstruating or growing underarm hair or pubic hair, that means your hormones are working. Your breasts may enlarge later or you may not get large breasts at all. If you haven't done any of these things by the age of 15, ask your mom to take you to a doctor (a doc of internal medicine, not a pediatrician), preferably a female doctor.

Its different for each person. There is no need to rush it, honey. The more developed you are the more guys are gonna be looking and trying to take advantage of you. Be happy for the way you are. You will start to develop when the time is right for you.

You will start to develop more as you go through puberty. After you get your period for the first time you will notice a change in your shape.

DON'T BE EMBARRASSED! you'll develop soon & if you don't there is nothing wrong with a flat chest -boys like all kinds of different girls- just have alot of confidence & don't worry about puberty.
be beautiful no matter what!

patience please...everyone develops at their own pace...i know that you are anxious now, but wait till you have to start changing pads every month, get bloated, water retention, moody, and can't have sex without becoming pregnant...
please look at the following links
good luck...
