lol...no, i'm not laughing at you, I'm laughing at me...if you really care about each other it could work....it does for some, not for others....my husband asked me "out" before he had even filed for divorce from his ex. I told him that I wouldn't be the "other woman," and that if he wanted to date me, then he had to take care of his situation at home...he came back a few weeks later with a copy of the divorce papers....the weekend after he kicked her out, I moved in, and we started working together as well. We got married the day his divorce from her was final. That was almost 7 years ago, and we are still doing great. It will work if you want it to...if you don't, then it won't.

There's nothing wrong with getting involved with a divorced person with children, but a coworker is another story, not a good idea.

Go for it! Some women can keep work and other things separate, and wouldn't hold a grudge if things don't work out. You may have already seen how different types of situations are handled. Take that into consideration and then Enjoy!

Dont do it. You will be his rebound. Rebounds never last. Do you know why he is getting divorced? If he cheated on her he will cheat on you. Plus its never wise to get involved with a coworker. When it doesnt work out you will be faced with the reminder daily. Dont give into temptation.

don't do it.
first of all, wait until they're really divorced.
Then wait a year - two for them to get it out of their system.
Then one of you find another job, because if it doesn't work out, it will be very uncomfortable.
