I need help cleaning up vomit from my couch and carpet, i have a weak stomach and dont want to get to close. Also I have a daycare and I need to sanitize it too, how do i do that?

I hope you protected the fabrics before accident with good fabric protector. If not, there might be some damage due to the acids in the vomit.
Remove large chunks first, next blot liquid with paper towels, or use wet/ dry shop vac. Wipe clean with a towel soaked in cool water. Expect miracles but accept some damage. Disinfect with fabric disinfectant and apply the fabric protector to a dry surface. If necessary touch up with fabric paint-spray to match the original colour or paint a cute picture suitable for a kindergarten' couch/carpet. Sprinkle baking soda on the carpet and couch, or hide scented dryer sheets in the couch's seat good luck.

Use paper towels for the bulk--throw away. Then use some light soapy water with paper towels. Sanitize??? Do you have any lysol liquid for final washing or lysol spray. Need towel dry it as dry as possible.

lots of paper towels and pine sol spray. then sprat it with Lysol disinfectant. Better yet find a teenager that will work for a couple hours a day cleaning and let them do it.

Let someone with a strong stomach do it and laugh at you as you (me) gage in the backround. Been there and found someone!!! Spray the heck out of it with lysol.
