Ok, like I said pretty much. Also approximately how much would I grow from the particular exercise(s)?

You could possibly notice some improvements in your posture which could help to put you in a more upright posture which could give the appearance that you are taller but no you can't make your bones grow with Pilates.

It does not make you grow. This is what happens: you release the tension in you spine like hanging upside down in a doorway in those boot thingies(technical term)and you are somewhat elongated...you recompress as the day goes by...Yoga is known to accomplish something similar...as does sky diving...
