I found out that the name Xica is a fictional name. Her real name was Francesca which is spanish just type in Xica in your search bar. If you must see for yourself I could of spelled the translation wrong, I about went cross eyed trying to find it. Have fun with the names.
This is the english translation.
Frances Origin Meaning Latin free, from France
Traits: Most people picture Frances as a slight, old-fashioned woman who is nice, loving, and rather staid.
Famous people with this name: former secretary of labor Frances Perkins; author Frances Trollope; children's story writer Frances Hodgson (The Secret Garden) Burnett; magazine publisher Frances Lear.
The name Xica is very nice sounding though. This was a very hard question.

sorry I don't know the meaning, sounds like a made-up name. Sorry I don;t like it. Sort of Zena princess or Star Wars. Teachers won't know how to pronounce it.

Do you live in Brazil?

If not...it means an incredibly stupid name for a child.
