maybe you need to look at other areas of your life, maybe its not your job. ask yourself these questions for example:
1. are you happy in your home? the people you live with?
2. do you socialize? too much, too little?
3. how do you organize your time? is it all work and no play? do you find time for yourself to do the things that make you happy?
its a little cliche but questions like this help sometimes. if you find it is your job, then maybe you are doing something that is filling your wallet, but leaves you feeling un-fulfilled at the end of the day. take a career aptitude test, you may be surprised to find that what you think you want and would love, and what you truly want and would love are two totally different things.

I'm sorry, but here's how I'd look at it. You thought this was your dream job but it obviously isn't, so you're gonna have to do some more searching before you find out what you really want to do.
For a while I wanted to be a video game graphics designer and this was my "dream job". I realized that it would be a pointless profession (as video games serve no real purpose) and not what I wanted to do with my life before I started ITT Tech, fortunitly, but if I had started guess what I'd be on that path and probably none the wiser.

You still didn't find what you want, that is the reason you are feeling bored after awhile. Don't stop searching it took me awhile to figure it out what I really want, now I'm happy and content with what I have.

Don't be ashamed of wanting more. Do you think Donald Trump is sitting at home feeling bad for having more money then he can ever spend? That feeling you have was put there by rich people through their manipulation of religion to defuse your ambition.

it's funny how you say this. not only does this happen with jobs
i get bored after getting the guy i want...
but that just shows all you wanted was the job, now what? its not exciting
you need something tahts perfect for you,... something you'll look forward to

Well, it isn't your dream job. Anything that doesn't challenge your soul consistently over the years, isn't what you're meant to do. Period.
