No. Look up the FDCPA and read about your rights.

They can not call your job if you tell them that your employer has a problem with it.

But they can call you back one more time and tell you of their decision and what their final decision is.

If they know where you work you better just pay up. Call in and mabe you can get a lower price for a pay off.

Because they can serve you at work and garnish your wages no matter what you do. You cant do a thing about that.

but as far as that girl saying if you tell them to call you once every two weeks or whatever...thats not right. They arent obligated to do a damn thing.

However, if you dont want to get calls at home than you can put in writting a seize letter and get a confirmation that they have received it.

But again, they can contact you only once again after that and tell you of what their final decision is if they are going to sue you.

No, if you tell them that they can call you at a home number once every two weeks, they are obligated to only do that.

They cannot call you at your place of work, just write them a registered letter telling them to stop, and they must.
