You could serve a Mexican style side salad with it. In the salad(lettuce, tomatoes, olives, cucumbers, etc.) , just put some crumbled up tortilla chips, grated cheddar cheese, add some cooked beans, and a little salsa on top. With your desired dressing on the side.
Then brown some ground beef, with diced onions and garlic, if you like, drain the fat out. Add one Mexican taco sauce package, follow directions, cheddar cheese for topping, and a can of re fried beans. Cook well together. This is a great dip for chips. Lastly, make some margaritas for the drink.
