I have 3 plus the door chain. I check the stove and oven to see if it's off before I sleep. Goodnight

I know this sounds unreal, but I live in a U shaped house where every room opens out onto our beautiful deck. We check 14 doors a night to make sure we are secure! But, it's a small price to pay for the view!

Check a few locks.
Make sure the alarm system says everything is buttoned up.
Make sure my... surprises.... are ready for any unwelcome visitors.
Make sure there's a clear path for my escape route.
Make sure my gear and environment support my plans and tactics.
Blow kisses to the wee bairn as she snoozes.
Say my prayers, being sure to mention my wife and both daughters.
It's a good life. That's why I protect it.
