Wear looser underwear and clothing - they are often actually ingrown hairs.
As noted, it also helps to use exfoliation and facial pimple cleansers, as well.

wash extra well back their .This will go away in the certain stage of you age.Dont worry because this will pass.The only real way to end it now is to see a dermatoligist
