She's a natural-born citizen over the age of 35 and has lived in the US for the last 14 years - so yes, she meets all the Constitutional requirements.

Quote:

According to the latest Fox News poll, Hillary Clinton is believed "qualified to be president" by a 59 percent majority, though the poll question was carefully phrased "Regardless of whether you would vote for Hillary Clinton ..." She even scores well among certain Republican constituencies.

As Morris notes in a column for The Hill newspaper, Hillary would be the strongest Democratic candidate since her husband first ran in 1992. Morris still wants Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice to run against her, though Rice has firmly told me and others she has no interest in the job.

Morris asks us to "remember that while Bill is a moderate who becomes a liberal when he must ... Hillary is a liberal who pretends moderation when she has to."

I think that Hillary is qualified to be President, but would never vote for her. She seems to be more interested in her own well being than that of the people.

most of our presidents were governers first. I do not care for Mrs. Clinton however she is probably qualified. She knows the ins and outs of politics and is keenly aware of the going ons of the world. I really do not like her however she may be a good president- her husband Bill would be right next to her and probably running things. We need a good president. Forget politics. This is serious stuff.

Sort of. I mean she's not as qualified as she should be, but she's not that bad either. I, however, wouldn't vote for her. Then again, if an idiotic neanderthal like Dubya can be president, then I suppose anybody appears qualified when compared to the Homer Simpson of presidents.

I save listening to human beings say the be conscious "qualified." no longer that i'm coming down on you, MJ, yet Libs pick to apply that be conscious lots. enable's imagine. What makes someone qualified? i'd imagine reliable speaking and human beings skills, thoughtfulness, reason, forthrightness, intelligent, crafty, smart, and a good love of usa. compared to Libs advise. Ivy League knowledgeable with leftist philosophies. i imagine a especially gifted human being with out better than 2 years of faculty might want to do it. i will inform you one element. it isn't Hilary. She has none of those issues, except the crafty, and wily, section.
