Fountain pens were just coming into being in the 1850s but some people still used quills (pencils have always been around and were beginning to be mass produced in the 1850s). Kerosene lamps were also an inventions of the 1850s. I'm not sure what you mean about houses (a house is a house) and it depends a lot on the wealth of the family... for a ballpark idea think of an old house in your neighborhood. The same is kind of true for beds, poor people tended to sleep on straw mattresses, while richer people had feather mattresses. They were often supported by ropes (instead of having a box spring). Paper was a lot like it is today, just a bit coarser (think of a notebook made of recycled paper).

I hope this helps!

Ink pens were in use. The kind that was dipped into ink. No ball points back then. These were used through the '30s to the '40s.
School desks had "ink wells" built in. Lead pencils were available.
Oil lamps.
Wood, logs, stone, brick houses.

Beds with mattresses, usually stuffed with cotton, then springs and cotton. In Colonial times, beds were ropes, stretched across a frame with straw filled mattresses. The ropes had to be tightened periodically. (Sleep tight, don't let the bed bugs bite).

Paper was just paper then.

Quills. the fountain pen was actually invented by a black man named William Purvis. (of course nobody knows that) Google will answer your questions better, its actually made for that kinda stuff. i think they sed oil lamps and candles. the light bulb was invented in 1880.
