Just create a separate folder for each user, share it, and set the security permissions on each folder so only that user and the administrator has access to it. Then the user can map it as a network drive.

If more than one user needs access to a certain share, then it would be best to create a group in active directory and only give that group access. Then, to give a user access, you just have to add them to the group.

are you the network administrator? if not then you will need the admins permission to alter the route directory on your computer. if you are then use Help "file sharing". it will tell you how to make folders, how to name them. and how to share them with others on the network
