Although the original bear that inspired the Pooh was female, every character in Winnie-the-Pooh and The House at Pooh Corner are boys except Kanga.

I would say most stuffed animals are portrayed as sexless, but Winnie the Pooh is seen as male by his owner, thus he is a boy

Umm a boy cuz if pooh was a girl they would've put a skirt on him lol and I don't think a girl would have a voice like that unless she used to be a he but I don't think they make cartoons like that lol so I'd say boy.
