broke one collar bone jumping from couch
the other from no hands sliding down banister

My husband just fractured his ankle bones. It happened at work.

I fractured my left arm in kindergarden by falling off a bunk-bed ladder, while carrying several buckets.
I fractured my right arm by hitting a curb with my bike and flying over the handle bars in nineth grade.
The ironic thing is that I fractured the same bone in both arms (a small bone slightly above the elbow)
These were the only two accidents where I broke/fractured anything, but I have sprained my ankle by playing street hockey in PE (in seventh grade) before

My 4 year old broke her wrist from falling out of the kitchen chair. I broke mine from hiding under the couch try to smack the new puppy for biting when the babysitter sat down. My middle finger touched the back of my arm and snapped my wrist. She broke my wrist and the VCR the same day.

4 broken fingers- 4 work accidents
Bone in neck - auto accident
Both big toes - dropped something heavy

I was a camp counselor... we were doing trust falls (person folds arms across chest and falls backwards into the waiting arms of their compatriots). A 6'2'' 180 lb camper panicked at the last minute, and fell directly on my nose.
My mother is an ER nurse. She says she initially panicked when I walked in... when she found out I was okay, she started laughing. "Oh, honey," she said, "now you look more like me!" (I didn't inherit my mom's big nose).

Fell off a horse, broke my arm.
Running, foot moved the wrong way and I broke my foot.
Tripped on stairs and broke a finger.
I sound like a complete klutz!

Broke my wrist, ice skating.
Broke my big toes (both). Once, playing laser tag. The other time, falling down a flight of stairs.

broke my big toe clean in half! tripped over nothing, it bent and my weight snapped it in two! ouch! the doc said it was a nice clean break which is better than a messy fracture.
