I don't know how intellegent this is, but my sister in law and I get together every Thursday and have "therapy". We have a few mixed drinks, play card or board games and talk about EVERYTHING. It helps because we get to vent, to debate and give each other an outside point of view on things.
It also helps our marriages because our husbands don't have to hear us b*tch so much about the small stuff. We b*tch to each other!!
