I always wonder about this, b/c with some people i meet i feel this utmost connection even though i only got to meet them. It is as if i have been freinds with them for 10yrs or even longer. If anyone can help me understand this i would really appreciate it. Thank you in advance!!

Every time I feel like knowing him/her for along time even we just met, this idea called "collective unconscious" pops up in my head. Carl Jung came up with this theory and it explains we all inherited collection of primitive images and ideas from our ancestors which reside in the unconscious. Maybe you've known them for a long time. Something to ponder, eh?

it is all about what you have in common as far as likes, dislikes, personality, etc.
