For a site like those two, you can expect to pay a competent design team upwards of $5000 just for the initial setup and without any maintenance figured in.

If you want to build a site: You need to learn HTML, first. Also, be knowledgeble with terms and servers. Try starting off small... meaning try using a free server (www.angelfire.com or www.geocities.com) before buying a domain.

Trust me. It will cost you a hefty price tag for a site like that. Don't treat that kind of web sites are easy to setup & maintain. To have such web sites, you need to have friends - and lots of them! If you think you can survive alone, then you have already failed.

Plan your web site first before proceed to web site creation. It will bring more chance of success, for your own good.

Hope this helps.
