He looks like he's on something, but I'm afraid it's worse than you think.
That's his normal self. I understand when you have an empty head you can appear inebriated.

The guy who said if you were ever an alcoholic, you remain one forever is correct. You just become a recovering or "dry" one when you stop drinking. I know W says he had a drinking problem at one time but I don't think he ever classified himself as an alcoholic. I don't think he acts like one but I do think if anyone has a reason to drink....it's him. He's getting bashed all the time no matter what he does. He never gets credit for anything good he does, like the economy.

I'm not an alcoholic, but friends of mine who are recovering alcoholics have often said that Bush acts like a dry drunk. A drunk who is no longer putting alcohol in his body, but still acting in a rigid and irresponsible way. Driving up the federal deficit, pursuing a pointless war. Makes you think of drunks in families who get into fights and leave the house bereft of food.

He does not drink alcohol anymore although technically he says that he has had drinking problems. The presidents job is difficult and he has not had much success lately. Lets hope that things work out for the best- after all it is our country.

Yes, he is an acknowledged alcoholic who stopped drinking quite some time back. His overt showing of his religious convictions may in part be from his prior experience and a twelve-step program. The man has his weaknesses, but in this area you have to admire him.

Yes, I'm pretty sure he's never denied it. Once you're an alcoholic, you're always an alcoholic. If you've stopped drinking, you're a recovering alcoholic.

What a drunk guy-he wants to defend our country and do what is best for americans. Any sober person would just give in to the terrorists like a good citizen and leader. No, Bush is not an alcoholic.
