Everyone says tht i should be a model. Im really out going im 5'10 and 120lbs and i love taking pictures. But i just dont know how to get started

Talk to your parents about it. Maybe do Beauty Pagents. Search online for open casting calls. Use Google and type in "open casting calls models" and something should pop-up. It'd be good if u live near New York or LA or maybe another major city.

hey, im 14, and i AM a model. this is how u get started. Find a local agency, but whatever u do, dont do ne of those ones that ask for up front money. they r scams i swear. a good example of one of these agencies is JRP (john robert powers). Usually, u find a local agency, send in a headshot where u r smiling, and a full body shot where u r also smiling but wearing tight clothes or a swimsuit so that the agents can c your body type and decide if you have what they r looking for. Get parent permission. If an agent calls your house saying that u were accepted and a parent picks up and gets pissy b/c u did this w/out their permission, its not good. trust me, ive been there. soo, it'll usually take 4-7 weeks b4 an agent will call u back. they usually only call u back if u have what they r looking for and they r interested in representing u. if they dont call, dont hesitate to send your photos in again after a month or so. maybe u just weren't what they were looking for right at that moment. keep trying, put a smile on your face, and remember that u r always beautiful, and u dont need an agent or a photographer to tell u that. good luck :)

well i would say wait till you get a little older right now all agencies will want is your money trust me i did the same thing. then i went out and tried again and got my pictures in vogue and teen mag..
just give it a little while or they will use you, abuse you, and kick you to the side
