I worried about her after thinking to check to see if she has a 360 account on yahoo. There it was, her last entry about having to go for surgery quite a while back. No activity since then and a bunch of pictures of her friends and names she thought to add ... but no me ... well, I hadn't thought to check out what a 360 account was when turning down invitations to join with no thought that some friends were moving on with or without me and I can't even think to duck now the sh*t hits the fan as I find myself lost in the thought: What kind of lame excuse is that for losing contact with someone I obviously cared enough for to miss now that she's altogether gone? Don't it always seem to go, that you don't know what you've got til it's gone? They paved paradise and put up a parking lot .... Anyone else like that song and need a friend right now?

That's why there's a word - regret(s).

You only value the thing or person or situation when it's gone or have already passed.

That is what I am dreadful of in my entire life. I don't want regrets! So, if I want something I do it. I don't like what if's too. I try do things in my power to alleviate the hurt or frustration that I might feel sooner or later. At least, if all else fails....I can say to myself, I did what I had to do. I have no regrets.

(sorry, i don't know that song)
