no, but if the question is supposed to be -Paris "begins with a p and ends WITH an e" is this true?

then the answer is yes, because Paris does start with a "p" and ends does start with an "e"

good luck

It's pronounced 'paree' (pa. rhee.) so that begin with a p and end with an e might be reference to this ..when people say Paris ( like Paris Hilton) they slaughter the beautiful name.

paris is not in the quotation so paris does not begin with a P and end in an E.

Maybe this comes from the nickname for Paris, which is pronounced Paree. (Roll the "r" a little)

Must be a trick question. P - A - R - I - S. Nope, no "e" there.
