Regardless of what you think of George Bush, as a matter of principle, was it embarrassing to the U.S. (even insulting) for the Iraqi Prime Minister to treat the U.S.President in this manner? What do you think?

I really don't think Bush gives a s*** what people think about him. I don't like a lot of what he does, but I don't think he's guided at all by polls or what the rest of the world thinks about him.

I believe that the Iraqi PM couldn't meet him for their scheduled date because it was to dangerous to fly out of Iraq at that time. I think that that definitely hurts Bush's reputation.... that Iraq is this big of a mess.

No. Unfortunately I don't think most of us Americans pay much attention to events on the world stage. This is really a problem since the world is undergoing major economic changes as more countries industrialize than at any time in history.

Definitely. It also looks bad on their part and makes them look like flakes. But it's like spitting on us. It was like when Arlnod Schwarzenegger was giving a speech at a college and several members of the faculty got up and turned their backs to him.
