That's a toughie, because there are some good things going for me today and some real rotten stuff that I've been through. It would have been nice not to have gone through that stuff, but they made me what I am today so I wouldn't want to warn myself of anything major.
My first husband nearly killed me, but if I were to take another path and not marry him, my kids wouldn't be here and they are a large part of why I'm happy now.
I guess I would warn myself about visiting and talking to some individuals more before they up and died on me.

Dearest Self,
Don't Procrastinate.....Read This Now......
1.)You are going to make many, many, mistakes.
2.)It's OK to make all of these mistakes, roll with it.
3.)Your entire life is going to be one big adventure, live it up.
4.)Keep on with the whole "living on the edge thing" it really does work for you.
5.)Don't be so afraid of commitment.
6.)Your on the right track with the "unconditional love" thing, but don't get married any more, stop at 2, 3 should never happen.
7.)Don't waste so much time obsessing about being pretty and skinny, it's shallow, and really you are so much more.
8.)Do play with fire (figuratively), do get burned, NEVER stop
learning from your mistakes.
9.)Don't keep your house so clean.
10.) Do practice more self discipline when budgeting, shopping and parenting.
Will catch up with you eventually..........Sincerely,
Self

I would tell of all the stock options about to blow....
I would tell of all the chocolate creations coming...
I would not rent out any apartments to numerous names, now on a list called : " deadbeats ".
Pretty much everything else that may have gone wrong I learned valuable lessons from and wouldn't want it to change.

Dear self, you did not have to rush and jump in the sack because your friends already did it and don't listen to people that put you down because in the next ten years out of high school, you will look the same and they will look like cows!

I'd tell myself the most important thing in life is happiness, and everything else is secondary. Whatever leads me to that happiness is worth every ounce of pain it may cause.
