During the Rapture? Jesus remains in the air. Those who are dead or alive IN HIM rise to meet him.
Theology a little shaky? Probably shouldn't mess with it, then.

The rapture is merely all people saved joining Christ in Heaven. He wont have time to judge he will raising his believers.
