Would the democrates even have a party if it wasn't for President Bush and the Republicans. I ask because it seems that there only stance is that they hate Bush and opposse the Republicans.

I don't understand. Some of you republicans keep accusing the democrats of being hopeless liberals - which mean they stand for something, even if you don't agree with it. Then you say they don't stand for anything except for their opposition to Bush and the liberals? Which of the two statements is right?
By the way, it is spelled "Democrats" not Democrates" which is the French - I mean Freedom spelling.

There is no 'Democrate' party. There is a Democrat party.

Other than insulting Democrats, it appears there is little that conservative Republicans really have to say.

Of course we would. The Democrats have been around a long time and we still remember the 1860 election when you Liberal Republicans first came on the scene.

The democrats have been around much longer than the republicans, so i think that they most certainly do have a sustainable party.
