This meat is shredded and very moist and tender. It was last bougt in east los angeles back in the 70's. Can somebody tell me where they serve this?

Most of your authentic Mexican taquerias will sell barbacoa. I have found some excellent barbacoa at Costco in the meat section. It tastes excellent and all you have to do is heat it in the microwave.

Costco! It's actually pretty good, and the fact that it's easy to both find and cook makes it that much better.
