OK, women have two breasts. What if a woman as three? Two where they should be and one in the middle? On top of that, what if her skin is every so slightly green? Is there an 800 number to report such "incidents."

Ok.... I am not a lady but I can answer some of that question.... there is a rare condition where a third breast can exist, it does not occur in the middle... usually on one side slightly under the other breast. It called Supernumerary Breast Tissue, and maybe underdeveloped to be called a full breast, on other occasions it possible to have a third nipple (A supernumerary nipple (also known as a third nipple, accessory nipple, polythelia or polymastia)). (BTW the third nipple can occur in men too). These (both breast and nipple) are usually underdeveloped and so will never look like a fully formed breast or nipple. Sometimes a doctor would recommend removal of that tissue, but the patient can if they wish keep it. Like a fully formed breast or nipple it can be prone to the same problems as a fully formed breast. However as stated they are usually underdeveloped. But they basically cause no harm.
As for greenish, I really have nothing to tell you.
A 800 number to call.... I dont know but maybe you should call a psychiatrist.

Not sure about the 800 number, but I would ask her to lay off the cholorphyll tablets. Having a third breast would make buying lingerie a bit difficult, but nursing babies very enjoyable!
I remember seeing a photograph of an ancient statue of Artemis of the Ephesians, who had dozens of breasts on her chest and toso, indicating extreme fertility.
