Do you need any kind of license or a tax id number to keep children in your home? I am only wanting to babysit about 2 so that I can stay at home with my own 2 children. Please let me know if any of you have done this and what requirements you had to go through. Oh and I live in Arkansas.

it depends on the city/state where you live. Check with local authorties. They can tell you what you must provide to them. A license is probably required.

yes I think you do for 5 and more but then if you don't run it as a daycare I think you should be ok
