I agree...the US is too fat. Some people with health conditions such as diabetes and thyroid problems are the exclusion. But the ones who live at the fast food joints need to stop the shoveling! Those people cause the taxes to go up in order to provide them additional health care!

Well, I won't tell you "that's the way," but I will say that people are usually overweight either because of a medical condition or because of some bad decisions regarding eating and exercise. I am very morbidly obese, but I don't think I have any "junks" to "exercise down," only fat and calories to burn off. I'm still trying to lose weight, and I have a long way to go. And it looks like you've got a long way to go before you master the English language. ;)

I am not fat. But it is true that many more people are getting obese these days. Probably because of the easy and fast reach people have on junk food.

Yeah its all us lazy fat americans fault and I hope the rest of you starve. Cause where america - eat up everything leave nothing for the rest. Obesity is no more a problem than any other domestic issue that the world has. War, religion, gay marriage, fat people skinny people, AIDS and so on. Lets concentrate on getting along and my weight problem should go away.

I don't see obesity as a problem at all. I see it as a blessing. The day will soon come when there will not be any cheap fuel left in the world, and when that time comes we can do liposuction on all the fatties and stay warm indefinitely as long as we don't run out of sugar to feed them.

I'm not even going there. But I do agree with the person that called you insensitive. Because of guys like you there is a growing population of girls and boys becoming anorexic/bulemic. Which is not healthy either. DERF.

More time inside, infront of a TV/computer. Fatty foods. Larger portions.

I was wondering the same thing. From years and years of wearing corsets and stuff, I wonder why we're still fat. I'm glad I don't have that gene!
