Sea Lamprey Predators

Apparently they produce large quantities of slime as a predatory response so I can't imagine anything wanting to eat them but they are probably parasitized by many worms etc
Its possible that something that hasn't learnt yet how bad a Lamprey tastes might eat one or take a bite out of one inadvertently!?
Oh! I was referring to Hagfish which are similar to lampreys in their life history so they may have the same slime defence.

Virtually nothing eats lampreys. There must be some diseases or parasites that attack them but I don't know what.
