"You shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you...odd." I guess need to know basis. Live and die by the spoken truth.

Truth is not relative in the world because truth is just that...truth. Things are not relative, unlike what some people want to believe. Everything has a basic truth behind it. For example: If I was your teacher and your assignment was to turn in a paper on truth, you (as a relativist) turned in a paper saying that everything is relative. When I return your paper, I grade it an "F" because I don't like the blue folder you turned the paper in with. Of course you will say that's not fair because I didn't grade it on the content of the paper to which I reply that "If everything is relative, then it doesn't matter what the content is; what matters is what I think and I think that you deserve an 'F' because I don't like blue folders".
Truth exists whether we acknowledge it or not. It is up to us to search for the truth and accept it whether we like it or not. To believe otherwise is paradoxical since you defeat yourself with your own arguements.
Read the books that I recommend. They are very insightful. Look for the truth yourself. Don't rely on others to spoon feed you answers. Search, live, and learn.
