"Slow Children Playing" my question is simply where are the "Fast Children Playing" at? I have not seen that sign yet.

Most of them do have, and some of the signs grow up to be
"Slow Men Working"

The sign is requesting you as the driver to slow down because children are in the area. You can hit a fast child as easily as a slow child. Think about it!

...so you can hit a fast child just as easily as a slow child? Were you aiming for him? In the states we get points for hitting pedestrians-kids are 5, adults are 3 & old folks 1-because they are SLOW thus easier to hit...dummy!

Because by the time they get the sign's post put in the ground, the kids are GONE! Dang they are indeed FAST!
